Galaxy Zoo Talk
What is the blue streak to the right of the bright star at the top?
Bright object at about 1.00 o'clock from the centre - nova?
V bright star at 5.00 o'clock from the centre, at the beginning fo the spiral arm.
What is the bright green star at 10 o'clock from the centre? Is it associated with the galaxy, or a star in the foreground?
The bright spot at about 4.00 o'clock, in what looks like the single spiral arm, could be a nova/supernova.
There's turmoil in here - it looks as if there are tidal effects of some kind throwing that blue spiral arm off at an angle.
Are there jets coming out of that object in front of the galaxy?
The two stars appear identical and could be lensed by something dark between them - I've no idea what the green line is ...
Here's a busy merger - no apparent spirals in the central object but wide spirals in its ocmpanion ... who's eating who?
Is it a merger or a quasar event? Science team will know ...
Supernova?
This galaxy's all over the shop - what's going on? Merger?
S'nova bottom left?
There's a strong tidal force between these two, I'd say, with plenty of star formation in the central object. Beautiful.
This is linked to my previous comment - this smaller galaxy is on its way into the top arm of the larger galaxy.
It looks as though another smaller galaxy is piling straight into the top spiral arm
Possible features at 2 & 5 o'clock (red colour)
Are they galaxies? They're very bright.
Centre seems very bright
Very bright centre
The centre looks off-centre. It may be a star in the foreground ...
There are 2 rings: a bright inner and a faint outer.
It looks as if some of the spiral arms have broken off
This figure of 8 looks like a merger but there is a central orange object - is it related to the circles/spirals or in the foreground?
