Round cloudy area around disk?

This simulated galaxy doesn't look like real galaxies I've seen. It is an orange galaxy with blue star-forming clumps glued on.
There seem to be two large clumps near (but not at) the core.
Unusually shaped spiral with some blue star-forming clumps
I wasn't sure whether to call this a cigar-shaped galaxy, an edge-on, or a spiral with two arms.
Silver-blue clumpy galaxy; possibly star-forming clusters
