Galaxy Zoo Talk
Image shows a dual items. could be dual stars.
There appears to be something blocking the light from this galaxy at the 10 o'clock area. Looks like something took a bite out of it.
Center very obvious. could have spiral bands. image details not clear enough.
Possibly a dual star system.
Image displays 3 galaxies. 2 round and 1 cigar shaped
Appears to be 2 laser beams.
Appears to be a disc in front of the galaxy so the galaxy light shines around disc, much like the sun's corona shines during a full eclipse.
This appears as a spiral galaxy with another galaxy merging or at least shining through the light at the edge of the spiral.
This image has 3 galaxies in it. One galaxy is seen edge on; the other 2 galaxies appear above and below the edge on galaxy.
This appears to be a spiral galaxy with 2 other galaxies merging or simply shining through the edges of the first.
There are 3 galaxies in this image. Galaxy at center is non-descript, galaxy at 8 oclock poisition is spiral with 2 arms. Third is smallest.
The main galaxy (seen on edge) may be merging with a smaller (or more distant) galaxy above it at the 11 oclock position.
This could be 2 galaxies or even 3 galaxies merging. The one in question is at 1 o'clock direction from main galaxy.
If this is a galaxy instead of a single star, a second galaxy can be seen through the edge of the first galaxy.
While the main color of this object is green, it has a blue region in the upper right and a red region in the center.
This galaxy has 2 spiral arms, and each arm ends in a very bright star cluster.
If this galaxy were closer or the resolution better, we could probably see the spiral arms.
The galaxy has a strong central globe; looks more like a large single star.
Looks like 2 galaxies merging. Or the smaller one may just much further away.
Looks more like a star; may be an extremely distant galaxy. If a galaxy, there are no distinguishing features.
Single stars or extremely distant galaxies that may (or not) be merging.
Center seems devoid of light, but center has jagged edges, is not smooth.
This looks like a spiral galaxy seen almost edge on. The odd thing is that the center appears to be a solid, spherical, yellow mass.
Galaxy doesn't have signs of traditional spiral arms; however, if the image were closer, it might. It seems to have tendrils.
