#starforming
Looks like a #bar with a #ring, otherwise diffuse and featureless
Lots of starforming going on here
Interesting disturbed galaxy, lots of starforming, dust lanes evident.
#supernova ???
#supernova candidate? Very bright blue feature.
Not sure if this is a full width bar or a disk viewed edge on with a halo above and below - interesting though!
Looks like it should be a spiral but just a few bright star forming regions visible
Nice dust lane
Could this be a supernova?
Irregular, lots of star formation going on
Features forming but indistinct
Irregular and dim, but very blue
Looks like a merger. The cloud around the nuclei is asymmetric
Irregular, asymmetric galaxy with prominent star formation but no obvious spiral structure.
Spiral with prominent star forming regions in extreme outer reaches
Clumps of bright star formation, no obvious spiral structure
Clumpy appearance, may be distorted spiral?
The spiral arms extend a long way out and are distorted on the left (image enhancement may be required to see it)
Fairly dense disk with structure, and two wispy almost-detached spiral arms - looks odd. Worth some study!
Spiral structure just forming? Ring? definitely clumps of blue star formation
Nice dust lane!
Looks like an ill-defined spiral galaxy viewed at an acute angle, with clumps of bright star formation. Overlapping but distant.
Looks like a concentrated bundle of intense star formation but with no galactic structure evident! Very odd.
Prominent star forming clumps but not in a spiral pattern. Disturbed.
Beautiful spiral. Possibly three spiral arms? Not seen that before!
This is weird! There is a dust lane with a hint of blue to the lower left section, and the possibility of a lensing arc at 6 o'clock.
Intense blue clumpy galaxy with no discernible structures. Odd.
I suspect this is a ring viewed edge on, so appearing brighter at the periphery of the ring. Nice diffuse glow out of the plane of the ring.
Second dust lane I have seen, although this one is less distinct than the first.
First edge-on galaxy I have seen with a dust lane!
Beautiful spiral galaxy which appears to have some gravitational disturbance on the right side.
Is this clumpy or just an indistinct spiral pattern with star-forming going on in the arms?
Super spiral galaxy with prominent blue star-forming regions. Spiral arms are faint and indistinct. Central bright ring.
This is very blue for a distant galaxy. There is a faint wispy trail arcing out from 90° up towards 15°.
It's hard to tell, but there may be some lensing arcs here. There is a bluish arc just below the centre and a fainter one further out.
Looks like a bar and ring, with an intense burst of star formation.
#bar
I could tell this was a simulation!
Prominent #bar and attached #ring
Bright blue star formation in outer spiral arms?
Prominent #ring
I can spot a simulation a mile off now!
"Lumpy" spiral
Ha! Another simulation - again I thought it looked odd.
Ha! A simulation. Thought it looked odd.
Spiral arms just forming?
#lens arc possible around 7-8 o'clock
Could be six spiral arms?
#tidal distortion of one of the spiral arms?
#cigar!
I classified this as #ring since there is clearly a ring of bright new stars around the outer edge, and no sign of a spiral
