It looks a lot like Hoags object
ring galaxy
If you look near the center there is a purple spot and if you look to the right there is a jet. I think that this a supermassive black hole.
In the far left corner there is a ring galaxy.
It appears to be merging with a sprial galaxy. If you look closely you can see a dust lane in a ring around the galaxy. very cool looking.
