I am not even sure this is a galaxy but if it is it is very disturbed.
There is some sort of unusual object above this galaxy which may be a background galaxy.
There was a definite interaction with the galaxy about the lower galaxy at some point.

there is either a companion galaxy below this or a large clump of gas and stars broke off this galaxy.
There seems to be a faint arm of stars in the upper right of the galaxy or it could be just clumps of stars and gas.
There is an inner disk of stars then a very faint ring away from the inner disk.

There is something on both sides of this galaxy, I don't know if its satellite galaxies or what it is.
