Galaxy Zoo Talk
What is this?
Two bulges? Faint spiral, what's happening?
Any advice as to what to make of this?
Can one make anything of this?
Is this just irregular or are there spiral arms?
I feel a bit lost re classifying this.
I think this is the most 'delicate' spiral that I've seen!
What have we got here?
Can one say anything specific about this - is it a spiral?
Any advice on how you recognise an asteroid??
Is this a galaxy and two foreground stars?
Is there more here than stars?
Is this a spiral or just irregular? And what about the brown smudge?
Is there such a thing as a double ring?
Star? but why the relatively large green surround?
Spectacular star but where is the central object to be classified?
Any clarification welcome
Can this spiral be classified as merging with the two much smaller positioned at 12 o'clock and approx 3 o'clock?
Thankyou both - actually the first Taffy galaxies seen by this taffy!
Blown away by this - any expert opinion
What should one make of this?
What a bar!
How would one classify this hazy one?
Wish they were all as clear as this
Delightful pairing?
What exactly does one say about this one - spiral/merger?
Not sure what to say about this
Thankyou....
What a beauty!
Are these two stars or star and galaxy?
What's the maximum number of arms in a spiral?
Is this a star?
Thankyou ...
Definitely the best dust lane I've seen!
Do the relative sizes of the images indicate that the ring is much nearer and so not a candidate for merger?
Could this be described as an 'active' merger?
Is there more than a hazy galaxy here?
Two for the price of one! Could these be classified as merging?
Something spectacular - one galaxy being swallowed?
Can it be classified as ring AND spiral?
Another remote galaxy with foreground stars?
I take it that here we have a nondescript galaxy with two foreground stars?
Is this a hazy galaxy and unrelated foreground star?
Spectacular star off-centre but what's to classify?
What can one say? Is it a hazy spiral? What about the blue spot immediately to the SW?
Too hazy and dispersed-image for a star?
Beautiful uncomplicated spiral?
Two stars, nothing more?
I take it this is a star. Are the white and green circles significant?
Is that a star bang in front of the central disc?
Is this classified as just a ring?
Impressive spiral with bar?
Foreground star - not particularly relevant?
Just beautiful?
Is this really a star?
Anything more than a star surrounded by green circles?
Blue foreground star south of galaxy centre?
Nice spiral with foreground star?
Another beauty!
Am I seeeing a blue smudge on this image?
Anything to classify?
Heaven's above!
Quite a beauty!
Two spirals merging?
Mystified as to classifying!!
What's happening here?
Two stars?
What on earth (no, of course not) are these?
What are the bluish clumps or is it a spiral?
Is blue image to NW another galaxy?
Star?
Star this side of galaxy?
Although not centrally situated is a star the only object to be seen?
Anything more than a colourful star?
Anything to discuss?
Star and?
Star - any info?
If the blue line is a satellite trail, are they always Red, Green or Blue (as per RGB from early optics)?
Is the object to be classified the least interesting to be seen here?
My prettiest today - incidentally, excusing my ignorance, but now no distinction between clock- and anticlock-wise spirals?
I must be unlucky - 2 complete blanks and now this; my eyes aren't up to it!
Another complete blank??
Complete blank - black hole!!
What is object south-east of classified galaxy?
Cannot really see anything to classify!
Is this a dodgy spiral?
Is the object to be classified the very faint galaxy or the very prominent star to its north-east?
Is this a star? What are the green circles all around the outside?
Unable to see anything to classify but what are the red and green trails?
Perhaps my monitor is poor quality OR is this some sort of test when applying to join MI5/6?
Fireworks?
Are these stars?
Green stripe nothing to do with galaxy?
Somewhat disturbed spiral?
Galaxies merging?
Star intruding?
Is this a smooth galaxy or a star?
Spectacular = what's happening?
Although not the object to be classified, a spectacular star with trimmings?
What's going on here?
Big beastie and little beastie?
Star or artifact - any more info?
Half an image - something to do with the equipment?
Are the blue objects stars between us and the galaxy?
