Might be three galaxies here, two merging in the center. Not sure.
Clearly disturbed or irregular? Interesting inner spiral arms with outer blue ring.
Is the object in the upper right (orange) a very flat (on edge) galaxy?
Merger in progress? Dance of galaxies?

What, exactly, am I looking at?
There appears to be a second bulge away from the central one that is in fact brighter than the first.
Is this an image of four galaxies? I cannot tell.
