Can't tell if the two galaxies are interacting or just incidental.
The oblong center seems to be oriented at an angle with the oblong orientation of the remainder of the galaxy.
On arm, in particular, seems to be extending further out in space than normal.
The center galaxy is lopsided and may be merging with a smaller neighbor. Not certain that they are truly close neighbors.

There is a second, smaller galaxy that appears to be very close, but I don't see obvious signs of a merge.

I have come across several galaxies that seem to have bright blue star forming areas & classified them as "Other" odd features. Correct?
This galaxy seems to have a sparse area around the middle of its shape. It does not really appear to be a dust ring, but something different
There is no apparent object in the center of this picture. I did a made-up classification in order to get to this comment page.
