Thanks for your quick response. I didn't know that 'local' stars can also be that fuzzy.
There appear to be 4 symmetrical pairs of blobs around the core galaxy. Are these gravitational #lens effects?
Elliptical #cluster?
Is this a giant #cluster or just lots of ellipticals in line of sight?
Multiple #merger of #elliptical galaxies?
What is the #blue thing here?
Could that be the final stage of a #spiral turning into an #elliptical?
Is it some sort of #merger, maybe (just a crazy guess) a spiral being shot through in our line of sight? For me it is like a #jellyfish.
Another #donut. What's that?
What is that? Never seen anything like it before. A #red #donut with a #blue center part. Or is it the remnants of a exploding star?
It's very #blue
Seems to me to be an encounter or a #merger between a spiral and an elliptical galaxy.
One of the spiral arms is stretched out. Due to a small merger?
An extreme #red-shift.
What is the #red blob on the left end of the galaxy?
The bright #bulge in the middle has a dark central area.
Is that big blob an #elliptical? And what are the greenish little blobs around it?
Indeed a lovely cluster of #ellipticals
Lots of bright blue clusters in this galaxy?
Quite irregular. Does the bright point actually belong to it?
Are those signs of some sort of a #ring or #disk around this apparently elliptical galaxy?
Is this a merger or just several objects in line?
It appears in odd colours: red to the left and green-blue to the right.
