Excellent info. I'll put in The Index. So much of DECaLS is only in red, so the green and blue will make better coloured images.

The survey will use approximately 240 nights, covering SDSS g and r bands, reaching limiting AB magnitudes of 24.0 and 23.4 (5σ compact extended source), respectively. This is roughly 1.5 magnitudes deeper than the corresponding SDSS imaging in this part of they sky,Posted

When zooming out really far in the web viewer and flipping between DECaLS DR3 and MzLS+BASS images there doesn't seem to be any overlap though.

The image of the the "quasar with ears" is quite poor, so some areas not done. Also, cut out not working.

Seems to work, but not good quality. Or perhaps aimed at very faint sources so this one is just too bright?
