Spotted a potential merger in a NASA APOD photo - how do I check on GalaxyZoo?

I'd love to know if this galaxy is merging / interacting with another - is there any way to check it on Zooniverse?

NED not much help.
Well, this is a SDSS image, so at least we have a 3 colour image. If it were having a major merger, we would see colour change, For SDS you can look through these for colour change at that redshift.

If the galaxy were very active, I would expect to see some blue as the result of lots of UV light from star formation or feeding black hole. I really can't see any unusual colours.
There is a a long star trail visible. But whether it is actually near the galaxy, or at another distance, I really can't tell. Nothing much else is nearby.
The white object in the trail has a photoz 0.25 zErr 0.13 so it could be associated.

Can you give us a link or date for the APOD image?
