[Video] Merging galaxies

I found this very interresting video explaining what happens when galaxies are merging and showing some beautiful shapes of different kinds of mergers.

I thought this might be helpful in determining if the galaxy you're classifying is actually merging or not, or might have merged with another galaxy a long time ago.
