  Try clearing your cache or alternatively try logging in. I've had this message on some Zooniverse projects when I wasn't logged in (I think Floating Forests), but logging in solved it ! 😄

  It also used to be the case that this was the default message that showed before a new galaxy loaded, so if your internet connection was slow you'd see this before every image loaded. I think that might have been fixed, though.
